Foster Carriers’ staff are proud of the work this organization has done, but due to the tough economy and dwindling donations we are forced to suspend all programs until January, 2011. During this period Foster Carriers will not be able to provide services or take donations. However, you will still find valuable information at Foster Carriers’ website.
